Gareth Yeoman is a Partner in the firm of Trethowans and a member of the Commercial Property Department based at our offices in Poole. Gareth is also the Team Leader for the Commercial Property Department at Poole.
Gareth was first admitted as a practicing Solicitor in 1985 having qualified in the then firm of Andrews McQueen with whom he had undertaken his training. He initially practiced mainly in residential property matters but moved into commercial property as demand for that area of work grew and other Solicitors/Partners within the firm retired.
Gareth worked in the Broadstone Office of Andrews McQueen, which subsequently became McQueen Yeoman and then became a branch of Dickinson Manser in 2004. After having worked for the Broadstone Office for these firms for just over 20 years, he moved to the firm’s Poole office in 2012 where he has been based since.
Examples of how Gareth has helped clients:
Gareth has acted on behalf of many clients over the years in both complex and straight forward matters. Where transactions have required strict timescales to be adhered to, these have been, particularly in the areas of residential and commercial property development work where clients are looking to effect sales of their completed plots at the earliest opportunity. Acting for a large number of well known local developers and clients owning property portfolios has enabled Gareth to acquire the expertise required in conjunction with the knowledge and experience that the commercial property team has in Trethowans.

He is also experienced in the sale, purchase and leasing of properties ranging from industrial units to high street premises, whether they are occupied or vacant.
